At Fresh Linens, we have a simple, secure process designed to ensure your laundry is handled with care from pickup to delivery. 1. Pickup We pick up your laundry directly from your home during your scheduled service window. 2. Tag & Track Upon pickup, your order is tagged and tracked through our process to ensure your laundry stays together every step of the way. 3. Inspection Before washing, we inspect your laundry for visible stains, delicate items, and any special care concerns. 4. Wash Your laundry is washed in cold water using your selected detergent option: Fresh Signature or Fresh Pure. 5. Dry We carefully dry your laundry and monitor our dryers approximately every six minutes to help prevent overdrying and reduce unnecessary wear on your clothing. 6. Fold Once clean and dry, your laundry is professionally folded and organized. 7. Pack Your folded laundry is placed back into the same Fresh Linens bag it arrived in. 8. Delivery Your freshly cleaned and folded laundry is delivered back to your home the next day. Your laundry remains together throughout the entire process and is never combined with another customer's order.

We pickup on Fridays from 7am - 9am. We deliver on Saturdays from 7am - 9am.

Customers can choose between: Fresh Signature – Lightly scented detergent Fresh Pure – Hypoallergenic, fragrance-free detergent

To provide a consistent, high-quality experience for every customer, Fresh Linens uses our Fresh Signature and Fresh Pure detergents exclusively. As a result, we are unable to accept customer-supplied detergents at this time.

Never. Every order is processed separately from start to finish. Your clothes remain your clothes throughout the entire wash, dry, fold, and delivery process.

A standard bag typically holds approximately: 1–2 loads of laundry 10–15 pounds of clothing Actual capacity depends on the types of items included.

We carefully handle delicate items and follow garment care labels whenever possible. Please notify us of any special instructions when scheduling your pickup.

Yes. We can process most comforters, blankets, sheets, and bedding items as long as they fit within your Fresh Linens bag. If additional space is needed, you may request an additional bag. Certain oversized items may require special handling and may be subject to additional charges.

Yes. Subscriptions provide the best value, but one-time orders are always welcome.

If we arrive for your scheduled Friday pickup and your laundry is not available, your order will be rescheduled for the next Friday. At this time, Fresh Linens offers pickups on Fridays only and does not provide make-up pickups on other days.

No. Most customers simply leave their bag in a designated pickup location and we'll handle the rest.

Payments are securely processed online using a credit or debit card prior to pickup.

While issues are extremely rare, please contact us immediately. We take great care with every order and will work quickly to resolve any concerns.

Yes. We sort items as needed to ensure proper washing and drying.

You can include special instructions when scheduling your order. We'll do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
